I came from a 'healthy veggies and juicing ' diet which almost killed me. I listen to many podcasts about carnivore. Does anyone do carnivore + fasting? I have been doing 90-120 hour fasts and only eating keto but after reading about carnivore diet I’m all in. Already went and bought heart and liver. Has anyone done.
